Team Hoaster Real Estate

Community Involvement

At Signature Properties and Team Hoaster, we aren't just about selling real estate. We see the importance in our community and strive in more ways than one to better it. Along with volunteering for several organizations around the area, we also go on mission trips to third-world countries to aid in bettering their lives as well.

"My time in Haiti is very dear to my heart and my faith. There is so much need, not only for food, clothing and shelter, but for faith. Once you are able to meet those immediate needs, you can then begin to teach about the love that Jesus has for every person, and how, with faith, you can withstand anything! "If God is with us, then who shall be against us!"".

"Signature Properties takes Relay for Life very seriously, and is proud to join the fight against cancer. Our team has consistently been one of the top fundraisers locally and statewide, and it is because of our dedication to others and passion for a cure!"

  • At Relay for Life, Signature Properties is recognized statewide and nationally as one of the most successful teams, for its size. Activities include sending letters for donations, bake sale, selling raffle tickets.

  • Our broker Bill Keim participated in the local Ugly Tie contest and all proceeds benefited Habitat for Humanity.

  • Phoebe regularly goes on mission trips to Africa and Haiti, at least once per year.

  • During Hurricane Katrina we collected donations and goods to truck to Alabama; Phoebe helped organize and went with the truck to deliver them.

  • In the past, a REALTOR® in Altanta was murdered and Signature put up the family here while they recovered.

  • Broker Bill Keim is a major fundraiser for GARPAC, a lobbying organization for REALTORS® in Georgia. Keim is recognized statewide and nationwide as leader in fundraising.

  • We have spent many hours with community involvement with St. Simons Community Church and The Chapel, Brunswick, doing lots of work painting and anything needing to be done to get buildings ready for worshipers.

  • Jon has been on the Board of Humane Society in past, and assists in rescuing animals.

  • Jon was on the Community Relations committee through the Board and has raised money for Habitat and Morningstar.

  • Gene particapted in the “local” Dancing with the Stars contest benefiting local YWCA.

  • Gene organized the St. Simons Community Church Missions Golf Tournament in 2009 to raise money for mission trips.  He helped to raise $14,000!!

  • Jon volunteered his time and talents for building at his church, The Chapel, in Brunswick.  The Chapel recently purchased a property which needed alot of work to get it ready for worship; Jon donated over 100 hours painting, sanding, and building to get the children's worship center ready.

  • Amy enjoys volunteering at The Chapel also; she serves in the nursery at least once per month with the babies.  She and Jon serve communion as well.

  • Amy was recently sworn in as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children here in Glynn County.  The organization is better know as CASA.  CASA volunteers are appointed by the juvenile court judge to advocate for children who have been removed from thier home due to abuse and neglect.
